These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and ZS333 (hereinafter referred to as "ZS333", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at zs333.cam.

ZS333 operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed specifically for adult users, including those located in Pakistan. By accessing zs333.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Your access to and continued use of the ZS333 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and ZS333 in relation to your use of the Platform.

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
• You have read and understood these Terms and all referenced policies prior to using the Platform.
• Your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• All information you provide to ZS333 is accurate, complete and current.

Access to ZS333 gaming services is restricted to adults. The following eligibility criteria apply to all users:

4.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activities on ZS333. In jurisdictions where the legal minimum gambling age exceeds 18, the higher age applies. ZS333 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age compliance.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

ZS333 does not guarantee access to all features in all jurisdictions and may restrict or block access from certain territories at its sole discretion.

4.3 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ZS333:

• Individuals under 18 years of age, or under the applicable higher minimum age in their jurisdiction.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from ZS333 or any affiliated platform during any active exclusion period.
• Individuals accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

5.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on ZS333, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested.

5.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ZS333. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. This applies regardless of whether multiple accounts are created under different names, email addresses or payment methods.

5.3 KYC Verification

ZS333 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by the compliance team.
• Source-of-funds documentation in cases where the volume of transactions triggers enhanced due diligence requirements.

ZS333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

5.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ZS333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. All users of ZS333 are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, responsible and respectful manner. By accessing the Platform, you agree to the following conduct standards:

• You will use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or associated systems.
• You will not transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden or impair its normal functioning.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts in connection with your use of the Platform unless expressly permitted in writing by ZS333.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any software used to operate the Platform.
• You acknowledge that ZS333 games and betting products involve a degree of risk and that losses are a possible outcome of participation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZS333 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and/or referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, falsifying documents or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Money Laundering: Using ZS333 to facilitate, conceal or launder proceeds of criminal activity. ZS333 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in anti-money laundering investigations.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus terms, wagering requirements or promotional mechanics in an unintended manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games or any other game category.
• Match Fixing & Cheating: Placing bets based on insider information, exploiting technical errors or using any other means to achieve outcomes that are inconsistent with fair play standards.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks in relation to genuine ZS333 transactions.
• Automated Play: Using software bots or automated betting systems that place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input, except where explicitly permitted in specific game formats.

8.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your ZS333 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ZS333 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are denominated in PKR or such other currency as specified by the Platform.

ZS333 may reference familiar Pakistani payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as general contextual references. The availability of any specific payment method for deposits or withdrawals depends on the operator's current payment integrations and the policies of the respective payment service provider. ZS333 does not represent that any of the above providers endorse or support gambling transactions.

8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements prior to the first withdrawal.
• Satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in the account.
• Compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

8.3 Processing Times

ZS333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, KYC status and internal compliance review requirements. ZS333 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. ZS333 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant account balances and/or to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy. Users will be notified of dormancy status before any fee is applied.

ZS333 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, loyalty rewards and other incentives to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonus activities on ZS333:

9.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. As an illustrative example: a 30x wagering requirement applied to a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.

9.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit may result in the bonus being voided and all associated winnings forfeited. Refer to the specific offer terms for the applicable limit.

9.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general example, slot games may contribute 100% while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in each bonus offer's terms and conditions.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers are subject to an expiry window, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unreleased at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

9.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Certain bonus types carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus play. For example, an offer may specify a maximum cashout of PKR 5,000 regardless of the total winnings accumulated during bonus wagering. The applicable cap, if any, will be stated in the individual offer terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino and live gaming activities conducted through the ZS333 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ZS333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• ZS333 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical failures or where there is evidence of fraud, match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., International Cricket Council for ICC events, Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures) will be treated as definitive.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and will be displayed at the point of bet placement.
• ZS333 reserves the right to restrict the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, game session or accumulator at its sole discretion.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot and casino games are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds. They do not guarantee specific results within any individual session.

ZS333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all user interactions on the Platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

ZS333 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending within a defined budget.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds over a given time period to prevent unplanned expenditure beyond your means.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration reminders to encourage regular breaks from gameplay.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed time and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all ZS333 gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will result in the blocking of all real-money gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Account Cool-Off: A short-term break from gaming activity without permanent account closure.

ZS333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ZS333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and, where consented to, marketing communications. Users retain rights of access, rectification and erasure over their personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

All content on the ZS333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, betting interfaces, data compilations, design elements and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of ZS333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ZS333.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZS333 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data or business opportunities arising from Platform downtime, technical failures or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, bonus terms or promotional content, where such information was inaccurate at the time of display through no fault of ZS333.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law or regulation that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ZS333's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ZS333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more (dormancy).

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you subject to completed KYC and standard withdrawal processing requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZS333 holds its operating licence, as specified separately in the platform's licensing disclosure. In the absence of a specific jurisdiction designation, the laws of the operator's registered territory shall apply.

For Pakistani users, it is important to note that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani laws may affect the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. ZS333 expressly does not provide legal advice on this matter and strongly advises users to seek independent legal counsel regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to their specific circumstances.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified in the platform's licensing framework.

ZS333 reserves the right to update, modify, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZS333 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

The date on which these Terms were last reviewed and updated is displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of ZS333.
